  Price Hill Safety Community Action Team happens the first Monday of the month at District 3.  This meeting is open to anyone in Price Hill, not just East Price Hill. What happens in East Price Hill impacts West Price Hill and vice Versa. 

  If you have general of specific concerns about the safety and quality of life of Price Hill, this is the dedicated time with the dedicated people to best work with. 

  We are lucky to have amazingly dedicated folks like Linda Ackerman, Patti Hogan, Sue Bilz, and Don Driehaus to help make our neighborhood safer, cleaner, and more livable.

• City Hall Budget Hearing

  One of the final opportunities to participate in The City's 2026-2027 Budget Engagement Process is June 3, 2025 at City Hall Council Chambers on the 3rd Floor. The main goal of budget engagement is to keep the community informed and engaged throughout the process. Getting involved is encouraged. *You can also send an email to Clerk of Council to send thanks and encourage Council's commitment to EPH projects (and maybe try to nudge Council for the Litter Vacuum Truck to be shared across the city that wasn't funded.). 

  Mayor Aftab and City Manager Long recommended almost everything the community asked for. A thank you from YOU would mean a lot to let them know that we see their support and it is appreciated.  After dozens of hours of engagement and prep to communicate requests on behalf of the community after compiling YOUR feedback-- they said yes and then put dollars to it.  EPHIA is just asking you to send them a thank you note.

• Price Hill Plan: Objective Review #2

  The Price Hill Plan was approved in 2015. There were no measurements of success defined within that plan.

  
  

  In the spirit and commitment of continuous improvement, The Housing and Economic Development committee will be doing an objective review of the plan and the results of that plan. 

  
  

  This series of meetings is to assess the success of the plan and the identified partners. This is not a meeting to discuss the philosophical "whys", your experience(s),  or contributing factors: this is simply to actually measure where we were and where we are now. Until we have a dashboard for where we are now ,we need not philosophize about where we want to be. The next plan East Price Hill is bounded to should have performance metrics and indexes embedded in that plan. 

  
  

  Feel free to come hang around to listen and learn but this will be fast paced until the preliminary work is done. Remember: many hands make light work.

  6/7/2025: 

  This is the second meeting to objectively review the Price Hill Plan and what has happened in East Price hill since 2015. The #2 Meeting on June7, 2025 will be "now what will we do with this information and how should it be used

  
  

  -----> Analyze and assess what goals are most important, identify outstanding data, determine what is next and who is participating in what capacities. No decisions are being made: this is very preliminary and seeing who is willing to show interest with their time and commitment.

  The library has digital screens in the room and has laptops to rent if you do not have your own. If you prefer paper, you can print 20 free pages per day at the library. EPHIA does not have a budget to print off copies. Everything is available digitally and will be shown on screen.

• EPHIA Annual Picnic

  Annual EPHIA Picnic open to Members and Friends of EPHIA this year. 

  This is the first year the Annual Picnic will be held at Horses On The Hill.  EPH General Membership approved to invite our neighbors of West and Lower Price Hill Community Councils to join us. --> So to help with planning, do please register. 

  We will be giving away 2 vouchers for a total of 4 Red's Seats at the picnic. 

  
  

  Many hands make light work. The below volunteer list will be periodically updated as persons claim roles. Please email membership.officer@ephia.org  to claim a role.  If you have something you want to help with that isn't on the list, shoot us a message. *If there are costs associated and you would like to be reimbursed, do include that in your email.
