Base Member Benefits

Base Member Requirements
- Paid annual membership of $10.
- Attend quarterly Business Alliance meetings.
- Attend one monthly EPHIA meeting per quarter.

Certified Member Requirements

About Our Community Council
Founders
Amber Kassem
President of EPHIA and lifetime resident of Price hill. She is excited to celebrate the small and big wins of East Price Hill. Always willing to work hard alongside and support committed neighbors.
Sheila Rosenthal
Sheila is an owner of the Rosenthal Technical Consultants engineering firm, and the Grandvista Cincinnati vacation experience. A long-time community advocate dedicated to the advancement of East Price hill, she is excited to particpate in exploring new opprotunities for growth and properity for our community.
Eric Buhrer
Customer-facing technical work at large businesses (U.S. Navy, General Motors, Bell System, Children's Hospital) while operating a family farm and a hall-of-fame band. A lighthearted champion of enlightened free enterprise, a relentless advocate for civility, and a pragmatic optimist.
Alois Barreras
Alois is the owner of Living Rooms, a tropical house plant store located in East Price Hill's Warsaw Avenue Creative Campus.
Mike Grote
Mike has been in banking and finance for the past 35 years. He is currently a Vice President with Huntington National Bank. His involvement in business banking will be a great resource for local businesses that join our group. Mike grew up and currently lives in Price hill and is a graduate of Elder High School.
Ashley Fiest
Ashley is the Commercial Real Estate Director for Price Hill Will, our community's comprehensive community development corporation. She has worked at several non-profit organizations since studying Urban Geography at the University of Cincinnati and Syracuse University School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
Don Johnson
Is a 45-year veteran of the Real Estate Business, and his office is located in our community. He has extensive experience across all facets of the Residential, Investment, and Commercial Real Estate business.
