      <title>Price Hill Plan and Thriving Neighborhoods?</title>
      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;font face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"&gt;In 2014 the&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://www.ephia.org/Current%20-%202015%20Price%20Hill%20Plan"&gt;Price Hill Plan&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;was approved by the community and city. The goals and concerns identified in the plan have been reviewed as being still very much relevant to refresh commitment to.&amp;nbsp; In parallel, the community is taking an objective review of this plan and identifying measures of success and areas of opportunity. While a refresh to the Price Hill Plan has not formally been initiated, there is such a significant amount of overlap, that the themes fit perfectly into the the HOW and WHAT of the 2025 Thriving Neighborhoods pilot that will be introduced to the community September 15 2025.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description>
